Basketball!

Jack is getting stronger and stronger.  He can now play a bit of basketball out in the driveway:

Hippity Hopping

The kids had off from school today so Isaac came over.  We went to the library to get ghost hunting books, Amanda made grilled cheese for lunch and then the boys made this video.  Jack's physical therapist said she's never seen anyone move around as much as Jack, after just coming out of a spica cast.  I don't know if that's good or bad!

 

Cast Removal Treats!

Jack's friend Nate came over this morning and brought some chocolate chip ice cream cookie sandwiches to celebrate Jack getting out of his body cast (thanks, Candie!!)

Quiet Day

Not much going on today.  Jack joined his class this afternoon on the webcam and I did some very local shopping for Easter.  I also scouted out some detours so that Nurse Lisa could get home. There's still quite a bit of water around and some intersections are closed.  Our mall (about 20 minutes away, in Warwick) really got hit hard.  Here's a good video, by Bruce Valliere:

Rainy Afternoon

Jack spent the rainy afternoon with Isaac - they tortured Amanda and her friend, did some DS-ing, colored some Color Explosion 3D, watched some Spongebob, had a pillow fight (see video below) and began a list of things to do when they break the world record for continuous skyping.

Jake!

Nurse Lisa stopped over today with some Munchkins (thanks!) and her puppy Jake (now sometimes called the Jake-inator).  Jack had fun throwing a tennis ball and a stick for Jake to chase in the yard.  He also did a cute trick for a Munchkin (Jake, not Jack):
